COPYRIGHT
Copyright of all images on this site is protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. All rights are strictly reserved. This site comprises and contains protected material and is the copyright of Claughton Images unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, manipulate, copy, publish, use or distribute any material without the express permission of Claughton Images.
REPRODUCTION
A reproduction includes any form of publication or copying of the whole or part of an image whether by printing, photography, projection, artist's illustration, layout or presentation, either by electronic, digital or mechanical means. We provide images on loan only to commercial customers for one-time non-exclusive use and all images remain the copyright of the photographer or artist concerned and original material must be returned to us. A reproduction fee must be agreed with Claughton Images before any image is used and all images used must be fully credited to Claughton Images or the copyright holder. Reproduction fees should be settled prior to publication.
REPRODUCTION RIGHTS
Reproduction rights are strictly limited to the use, period of time, territory and media specified in the contract.
CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS
Original photographic material or artwork is valued at £500, and duplicate material at £50, per item in the event of loss or damage whilst in the customer's possession or in return transit to Claughton Images.
